Short stays

We charge an additional € 7 per person per day for shorter stays of 2 nights (Christmas 3 nights) or less – thank you for your understanding.

Discount for children

We look forward to welcoming your children, who stay with us for free if aged 3 or under. However, please note that we charge an extra € 10 for cots/cribs for your stay.

Local tax

The local tax is € 2,45 per person per day and will be charged as of the guest’s 15th birthday.

Your dog is very welcome here

Dogs are welcome in our hotel! If your furry friend is also going to be our guest, we charge an additional € 12 per day (without food).

Thank you for making sure your dog stays off of chairs, tables and beds and for not bringing it into the restaurant. Your dog is, however, more than welcome on our sun terrace and in our lounge. During breakfast please leave your dog on your room.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, the provisions of the Austrian hotel regulations apply.


In order to spare both you and our staff the aggravation associated with a cancellation, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking.

• Cancellation more than 3 months before your arrival date / No cancellation fee
• Cancellation 3 months to 1 month before arrival / 40% of the booking value
• Cancellation 1 month to 1 week before arrival / 70% of the booking value
• In the last week before arrival or in the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure / 90% of the booking value


To avoid being charged cancellation fees due to illness or other reasons, we recommend that you purchase travel cancellation insurance.
